This Vancouver Flower Workshop will be a harmonious blend of:

What we provide: Tools and equipment required will be provided.

You will get to share as much or as little as you would like when there is an open discussion, but we do ask you to be respectful, inclusive of diversity, and honour the safe space and confidentiality of others.

This form of group therapy does not provide counselling or treatment. This is a peer support group that serves to provide space for self-exploration.

Some insurance plans may cover group therapy. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your provider to confirm.

About the Facilitator:

Claire Zhang, a Life Coach and Registered Clinical Counsellor @returntolove counselling

I enjoy helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues causing them anxiety and stress. I offer online, in-person, email and walk&talk, EMDR, HypnoReiki - Energy Healing therapy. I work with a wide range of clients: level-up, multicultural, dating, relationships, sports performance, traumatic brain injury, business owners, financial issues and career counselling. I look forward to collaborating with clients to find the best route to promote their growth.

I take a solution-focused and collaborative approach and incorporate curiosity, and creativity (expressive art) into my work. I seek to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change. I believe we can develop meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship. I love flowers and get training of Floristry Design – Level 1.

I am into arts, fitness, tennis, dance, music and travel. As an immigrant, I have lived in Shanghai, New York, Montreal and Florida.
