•I work with a wide range of clients: level-up, multicultural, dating, relationships, sports performance, traumatic brain injury, business owners, financial issues and career counselling. I look forward to collaborating with clients to find the best route to promote their growth.

•I take a solution-focused and collaborative approach and incorporate curiosity, and creativity (expressive art) into my work. I seek to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change. I believe we can develop meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship.

•I am into arts, fitness, tennis, dance, music and travel. As an immigrant, I have lived in Shanghai, New York, Montreal and Florida.
